Guild Wars 2

Currently, when my character is dead, the camera continues to auto-spin even after I position my camera a certain way. I want to be able to take screenshots, look at my character, watch the action of my allies, etc without having the camera auto-spin. Please add an option to have the camera retain custom positioning when character is dead.

Would be nice, I like to reposition and let go of the mouse but then it starts spinning seconds later.

So much this. It is so aggravating when I’m trying to keep track of what’s going on and the camera keeps auto spinning.

Would love an option to be able to turn it off.

When they added this to GW1 we complained and asked for it to stop, nothing ever came of that.
I hate it too and want an option to stop it.

GW2’s camera in general is an instrument of torture. The downed camera is the same thing, but on steroids.

They -did- add this, guys. If you move your camera manually even once while dead, it will stay as you put it, no longer spinning. They changed it months ago.
