First off, wanted to thank ArenaNet for adding in the option to report people who send you in-game mail now. That was a quick improvement that went a long way.

The next suggestion I have is one that both I and Mrflushy.8342 (and hopefully many others) would like to see – an additional report option for real-money traders. I recently put in a ticket because reporting hacked accounts who are selling gold could fall under ‘Botting’, ‘Scamming’, or ‘Spamming’. Personally, I think this behavior is big enough of an issue to warrant having its own category, with its own team of staff sorting through reported issues.

Sure, some people might still report these events under the above three categories still, but it’d be a much smaller number of reports. Not to mention, it would let you get to the other reported issues a bit faster, by having a specific team (or individual) designated to deal with the RMT issues.

Just a thought. I just know that right now, the reports are getting split up into several different categories, which could lead to a slowdown in the whole system.
