Guild Wars 2

I think spamming in towns/wvw to get recruits aside from annoying is also outdated.
Why not put a guild recruitment board on towns where guilds can make an entry with theyr interests/focus that any player interested in recruitment can visit and read?
It is just a small quality of life improvement for both the recruiters and people looking for a guild,plus it lessens the antagonising and drama.
