I would like to suggest that ArenaNet allow support to be able to confirm id diminished return is active on an account. I have tried but hit the “its a developer issue” wall when asking support to check my account.

Please allow support to confirm if diminished return is active.

They should just get rid if it as a whole. The reasoning behind it was for a good cause, but it’s very badly implemented. I can never get anything of worth because of it.
