Allow transfer of dungeon ownership!
Simple: Don’t go to a dungeon run you cannot finish.
Don’t switch character when you are host.

Simple because it kinda sucks if the host has a dc and doesn’t come back.
Or you can’t get kick idiots, because they opened…
‘Dungeon ownership’ in the first place is nonsensical. The instance should persist until the last person leaves the dungeon.
Instances of hosts ragequitting, hosts who have to leave (sure, YOU wouldn’t do that, but SOMEONE might, and they might be the host), hosts who leave party after looting the chest at the end of a dungeon before others take the chest, etc etc etc.
The whole ‘ownership’ mechanic is broken.

+1
Allowing the transfer of dungeon ownership will lead to huge problems. People will join your party, kick you and then take all your progress.
I think being a dungeon “host” should reward you privileges. If you don’t want 2 be kicked or have 2 deal with people giving up when you want to persist, then take it upon yourself to start the instance yourself. Then you are in control and you won’t need to worry about other people wasting your time.
The transfer of ownership is not a bad idea, but then both parties need to agree to it. Otherwise there is nothing stopping a group of trolls from kicking you and adding their friends right at the end of a very long fractal/dungeon.
I like the idea that if i start a dungeon I know i’m safe, and that i don’t need to worry about the owner ragequitting or dc’ing. There still is a problem that even if i start, people can kick me as the dungeon owner, which results in everyone being kicked.
in GW1 there was no ownership on any instance, why Anet was so stupid to add it in GW2…..no one knows…
agreed also the 2 ppl vote for kick suck
plus a net plz punish guild teams who invite ppl just to carry then they kick u to get there friend in.
a intern dmg meter would made solve that. u play very good do a lot dps eat a lot dps be very active u become un kickable
Damage isn’t a valid indicator of a good player. Heal, boons, rally, avoiding damages, purge, control, activating special mechanisms…
Also the better player can be a complete @$$µø!£ and I like to play with a nice noob more than a powerful @$$µø!£…

what Kulvar said. damage alone is not everything and a nice “noob” that knows how to listen when needed is preferable to a “good” kitten that won’t listen even when he must
some of my best dungeon/fractal runs have been with “noobs” and with plenty of banter in between, sometimes even in character. i’ve been in runs that got stuck because the “pros” were set in their ways without bothering to even explain how things work to people on their first run.
Perhaps the only RP-oriented guild on the server

Of course, real life emergencies should have the courtesy to wait unttil you finish the dungeon, right? lmao…
No offense, but be realistic here…
Yes please. This is needed.
I don’t know how many times was in a dungeon and… it was actually forgotten on who was the party leader, someone leaves and we ALL got kicked.
Funny and frustrating at the same time, the rest of us were like, “Son of a…”
