please don’t destroy the hard earned old item skin because I want to try out the new skin. It discourages me to transmute the equipments =/. Please allow us to keep the old item skin…there is no harm done there for us to keep our item “skin”

Transmuting isn’t for “trying out” the new skin. It’s for when you are entirely certain that you want the old look on the new gear (or the new look on the old gear, I suppose).

If you want to try it on, put the other piece on for a bit.

Right Click preview – can see what the item Looks like on you befour you transmute.
