Allow us to use all armor types for appearance. (except in SPVP.)

It doesn’t matter in PvE, it doesn’t matter in WvWvW because we all get set for default models/colors/names as enemies anyways.

it does matter in wow, cause armor type is one of the first indicators as to how to deal with said enemy
