Guild Wars 2

in the early teasing of guild wars 2 they announced there will be some elite skill to find around the world.
After I have played since the very beginning, I still haven’t found any of them. Is those skills existing for real ? Or is this a false annoncement ?

Or maybe they talked about the skill points ? And then I would be a bit disapointed .

As an explorer, I would really enjoy hunting for those skills.

Dunno what they said back then, but there isn’t anything hidden to find.

I’m unable to find the announcement they did back then.
It was when they were teasing about their world and exploration, when there were some developpers who wrote a long post about one aspect of the game.
I though they had a blog where we could find all of those post, but can’t find it.

The blog has been lost sadly.

I am however quite sure that what they did refer to was the skill challenges.

A lot of things from the early announcements haven’t really made it into the final product and have been either changed or removed altogether.
