Hey guys, I love GW2 although I’m really dissapointed that the spvp, all the gear is just handed to you on a plate. I know this makes it fair but at the same time it kinda gives no motivation to want to level up that much as I have already unlocked all the pvp gear.
Therefor my karma points are kinda useless. What I’d like to see is another open world pvp map but you have quests, which are all alliance based. There should be bosses that spawn randomly around the world which require an entire alliance to kill, all the while trying to fend off the other team. There should be better pvp gear to be unlocked, exclusive pvp items that may drop from these world bosses.
It just seems like after 12 days the only thing I have not unlocked is the high level instances, but then what is the point if I can just hop into the spvp and use the pvp gear right off the bat?
I really believe that pvp gear should be extremely tough to get and the system should work like this…
You start with quest gear, then you use that to get pve gear, which you use to do the higher level instances, which drops even better pve gear, with which you can then have a bash at the pvp gear with.
I loved Aions system but the game content sucked!
