Add an option to ask someone a random question generated by the game.
Right click—> ask a question —> “How much is 3+2?”
if good answer: you can’t be questioned for 1 hour.
else: kick from the server
When you got 3 kick in a day, you get ban.

What happens if you are afk? If you are afk, you can’t be asked. Bots are not afk. (Botters are lol)

If you got a botter, you get 100gem or something. What do you think?

Absolutely not. What if I’m in the middle of a boss fight and get asked a question?

I don’t know about you, but I don’t stare at my chat window the whole time I’m playing. Nor do I want Game generated popups interrupting my game time either.

And who determines if your afk or not? Because someone is moving they are not afk? Or is it because someone is standing still they are afk? Or maybe they are afk if they are standing in a single spot but attacking mobs that spawn near them.

And rewarding players for this? You must be crazy. And how would you get a botter anyway? I thought you said the questions were generated by the game? Are they now generated by player actions? Then you enter into the area of Players harassing each other by constantly forcing them to answer stupid questions, or else they get kicked from the server and banned.

Again I say, NO.
