DevBlogs help the community. Letting player’s know your fixing something stops unrest.

Even if the posts are riddled with “NO PROMISES BUT WE’D LIKE TO,” people would still enjoy the feedback, and be more open to sharing feedback with you.

They don’t have to be long, but letting players know what your focuses are, is beneficial to the community and shows us you care about the game.

Ex. Recently it has been very easy to use a simple macro program “relativity safely, you could only get banned if you were reported by numerous players.” to jump into enemy keeps late at night and SOLO, yes SOLO the keep lord. Some classes can do it easier then others but it can cause MASSIVE point differences at night. The latest patch fixed this, but up until the patch WvW players got no feedback on what was being done, for all they knew AN just wasn’t paying attention. Devblogs would help fix this problem. “Yes we see it’s happen, yes it’s bad, we’ve banned some people please report people if you see it happening, patching it is a high priority for us.”
