I am suggesting a personal stylist and an armor wardrobe pane in addition to the hat maker who was brought up earlier. Someone who you show your towns clothes, costumes sets etc to who holds on to them for your character and offers them to other characters for a small fee. My storage space is tight as is and I am not an armor collector as others are, so I can only imagine what they are doing to manage storage.
I do wish that costumes could be worn over one’s armor, as they were in GW1, but I do not anticipate that any time soon.
