as you can see when you preview a piece of armor the dye system is pretty useless, most people end up changing their current dye color to be able to see the previewed armor in different colors, and sometimes is not enough.

My suggestion is to add an additional tab to the preview panel where you can try out your dyes on each armor piece—similar to the current character panel. Also, it would be beneficial to keep this new tab and current armor selections saved so when you change maps to check out cultural or dungeon pieces you don’t need to start over.

currently you can preview a dye and a armor piece at the same time to see the preivewed armor piece in the previewed dye. its inefficent and a hassle. +1
