Guild Wars 2

So for a while now this has been on my mind. Im sure someone else has thought of it, but here goes.
It would be awesome if there could be an option in PvE towns etc to turn our “town clothes” which not many people bother wearing lets be honest, into our pvp gear skins. I work pretty hard on getting my pvp gear looking as great as it can.
The downside is that my PvE gear and progression on my PvP character is abysmal. So when i go to lions arch or other cities to trade etc, i have to look like a bit of a fool compared to everyone else.
Whilst some people may not mind, im sure a lot do, and having a way to show our progression outside of the mists, which looks a bit odd and unclear as it is, would be great.

In addition, when i log off i have to look at my horrible PvE gear and seeing that the character select screen is already set towards a sort of trophy cabinet, not being able to see the progression visually of my character is a little disappointing.
maybe an option where if you log off in the mists you show your pvp set perhaps?

And PvE players would be allowed to set their PvE gear as town clothes in the Mists then?
They worked pretty hard just to look stupid in the Mists as well.

Well showing your PvE gear in the mists wouldnt make you look stupid, it would just show others that you have spent time and been successful at PvE and now youre moving on to PvP.
My main point is that there is only one area where PvP players can see their progression, the mists, and i would very much like to spend time in other capitols etc, still able to see my progression.
