Why not just give us an option to be an asura or human when doing jump puzzles. For example when we get past the initial entrance, turn us into humans or asura for the duration of the puzzle.

Honestly, much of the difficulty from Obsidian Sanctum comes from poor camera management. It’s hard to aim your character properly if the camera has no leeway.

I don’t have a Norn (yet?) but I have an easier time on my human than my asura, don’t really know why but the camera is lower for Asura.

I thought this last night when my camera was really frustrating me and a friend of mine on an Asuran had 0 issues…….

Im there with you. My Charr has the camera up his kitten which has seizures during a major earthquake.

Imagine what would it be like if GW2 had motion blur.

The camera itself is poor irregardless of what you’re playing as.

I guess we can say this is just one of the racial disadvantages ^^
And benefits. Since it surely warrants more respect having completed
a puzzle with a huge Charr, than with a little Azura. Due to the camera
of course. The camera is terrible and yet I think it serves to up the difficulty.

Camera sucks for everyone…

I just did the Troll’s End jumping puzzle with my full-height Charr last night — it’s a short one and I didn’t screw up, so it still went pretty quick, but the camera was basically having a seizure in first-person with a half-clipped greatsword on the screen the whole time.
