Allow UNBOUND ring exchange for people who get stats they don’t need.

This would only be allowed if the player had not soulbound the ring yet.

They already implemented a system for you to get the rings you want in the event that the RNG doesn’t spit it out, pristine relics.

Except that you have to sleep in fractal for days (unless you got many characters) / get lucky / do 1 month of laurels.

I have a friend who hates fractals so pristine crystals don’t cut it. I also don’t find it very reasonable 35 laurels for 1 ring.

I see no harm in making them tradeable, even better they could make them dump-able into the mystic forge and you can get fractal ecto, vial, crystal for those who want to have them infused without grinding (and hoping) the mats drop.

i sell them, like blu and greens, but they give me 4 silver for those
