Can we PLEASE have an option to search the auction house that is “usable only” for the class that is looking at items. That way I don’t have to plow through dozens of useless items.

I’m pretty sure you can insert filters… at least I believe so.

What is far more important is the feature to preview items on the AH, because the little icons are shared throughout multiple skins.

Have you tried the filters? There’s a lot of options there.

You might have to search each item type individually (for example swords, then daggers, then pistols etc.) but you can use the other parameters to narrow it down enough that you’d only need to look through a page or two of each.

Well with what I am suggesting would work for broad searches, such as.

Armor-
Medium Armor

Just show what I can wear.

Pretty much every other game that I have played has this option. It would just be nice and save time.

While you can insert filters, and say filter based on Armor→Gloves, you cannot currently specify Light/Medium/Heavy or that kind of thing.

And while you can filter based on level, it would be so much nicer to just go in, say ‘Armor’, ‘Usable’, [sort by level, descending]… to find all armor closest to your level.

As an additional suggestion, I would like to be able to right click on a piece of current armor that I am wearing, say my gloves, and choose ‘Browse for upgrades’, which would default all these filters to Armor→Gloves, Usable, Minimum Level = current item level + 1, rarity perhaps? that kind of thing.

Also yeah, we definitely need to be able to link/preview from the trading house. Currently it’s a real pain to say to a guildie ‘check out these gloves, want me to buy them for you?’

I’d like to note that I came here to specifically make this same suggestion – being able to filter by light/medium/heavy armor when searching, and to be able to preview from the Trading Post.

So, instead, I will add here my agreement and polite request that if these were possible to implement, it would be very much appreciated – I’m sure by many players!

Been wanting this since bltc came live. Seems so pointless to see unequipable armour types come up in the searches.
Also, the “browse for upgrades” tick box would be fantastic!

Also add a preview option as well, since this game is much about appearance, I want to know how the armour pieces looks like before buying them
