Most of them are. When you get a back skin and double click it, you get the option to use as normal or convert to PvP.
The bad thing about that is most skins you can only get once for completing meta achievements, so you can’t use it in PvE and PVP, you have to choose.
Ah oke well… I’m using my guild backpack in PvE anyway, so I have to get the normal backpack for PvP then? Theres no way to just buy another guild backpack and kinda convert it into PvP (because it’s no skin?) right?
By guild backpack, do you mean the one that looks like engineer tool kits? If so, I don’t think you can get those ones in PvP.
You can, however get the back banners that has your guild emblem on them which cost 7500 glory from the PvP rank vendors.
I actually speak about the normal brown backpacks.

Yeah you can’t get them in PvP for some reason (at least there is no slot for it in the PvP locker)
You can see all the PvP backpacks that you can get by visiting the PvP locker in heart of the mists.
