Idk I figured this would be a pretty simple addition to the game, but perhaps adding an npc that could change your hairstyle if you want for a fee in the cities.

I just thought of this mainly because I’m sick of my toon’s beard lol.

Along with many others, I too have thought of this idea. There should be Barbershop NPC’s which, for a simple in-game currency fee, would allow you to change your hairstyle and/or haircolor. There should also be hairstyles, that are not available during character creation, which could be added to the Barbershop, if oneself unlocks these hairstyles via the Gem Store.

I, for one, would love to have this implemented into the game, because I have my Female Human Elementalist, who would like to have a hairdo similar to the Female Norn hairstyles.

This would be a really nice feature, perhaps even offering changes to eyes, markings and sylvari glows. I’m not saying race or gender changes though, that’s beyond just tinkering with your look.

I would like to see this coming in the future patch xD

Probably one of the reasons why there is few character optimization at the start. I guess putting it in Gem Store was the initial thought. Don’t believe then look around, I see many similar faces and clothing especially the human/norn lol.

I’ll definitely prefer to see a tangible shop rather than purchasing something of the Gem Store, and I believe many will feel this way too.

What I meant is a shop in one of the many shophouses in Lion Arch offering Barber services. Inside there you can speak to a NPC who’ll sell you new hairstyles etc for Gem.

This can be applied to Tailor shop too, for more new gears in future. A mixed of Gold, Gem and Karma for different customization can also be considered.

I would like to see a customization shop that lets you reroll the appearance of your “toon” and its gear for a nominal fee(cheap) and have gem shop unlocks that are account wide for appearance packs.

I think it would be fun to be able to reroll the looks like I was able to in STO and possibly even have appearance slots you can use to change your looks quickly
