Basic Transmutation Stones
start a new character.
Don’t chase shadows, cuz you just might find whats in ’em – Cpl Braunsberg
I think this is a fine idea, and can’t really offer any counterpoints. I would like to point out, though, that if this follows the standard mystic forge paradigm, the recipe would be 4 Basic stones → 98% chance for 1 Basic stone, 2% chance for 1 Fine stone. Which would still be fine, since basic stones are plentiful and mostly useless.
I’d be interested in this as well. My first thought would be something along the lines of the trading up concept from the Mystic Forge. For instance 25-50 Basic stones, philosopher stone, dust and 1 Fine will net you 5-10 Fine.
What they should do is award map completion over level 70+ with fine transmutation stones instead of the basics, on top of the mystic forge recipes.
I agree. +1. I have over 70 basic stones, but thats because I didn’t work for skins the first 79 lvls. I only transmute when I know I won’t be switching gear every other day.
break. I feel like they should be back by now..”
Since I am going to level many more characters it is not something I would do… yet… I think.
But I don’t see a reason to be against this. So yeah. Sounds fine.
