I dont do wvw because pvp-wise I have the battle prowess of roadkill . But I want to get that bloody gift of battle so I do the jumping puzzle (trying to get 500 badges from kills is like trying to move a sand pile with a tweezer) and as everyone knows you get blueprints , that will never be used in my case.
My suggestion is to make those blueprints refundable in exchange for badges .
That way the greatest obstacle in the great gift gathering will be the flawed rng clovers , mountain of gold necessary and the precrsor that has a chance of dropping as high as the odds of me shoving both my legs up my kitten

tldr – make siege blueprints refundable for badges of honor

Or you could give those blueprints to a friends or guildmate that does do Wv3.

Actually there is a workaround for giving blueprints awy — if you take them out (they become a bundle) and then drop the bundle, someone else can pick it up and stow it and it goes into their inventory.
