So database of ArenaNet has been leaked regarding face/hair change coming soon in a few patches if not the next.
With that being said, I anticipate for the feature or implementation of having the ability to change your body shape also after creation of your character.
I made my human thief too buff… makes him look anything but slick and stealthy :C
