I really like the Braham’s helm skin, but my character looks pretty dumb without his beard. It is a skin tight beard that should not cause clipping, so I would really like to be able to see it. As it is now, I probably won’t make the helm visible. At least not on this character.

Seconded. The helm looks great — one of the mythological looking Viking helms in game. But most Vikings (and Norn, of course) have beards… so a helmet in their style that takes off my fearsome beard is kind of odd! Wouldn’t even mind a toned-back version of the beard just so my Norn isn’t barefaced.

Oddly, this happened with the Dragon Bash draconian helm too, then it was fixed later.

Seems weird you guys seem to know its ongoing, but still keep releasing helms that do this then go back and fix them later. I’m curious why not just test for this since its pretty consistent and you do fix it later generally — and just skip this middle step. Seems a bit ‘Groundhog Day’ to keep making the same seemingly avoidable error.

Hopefully it is on the dock to be fixed, right. It’s not make or break, but would be nice. Especially if you sell it for gems, it’s probably a good decision to do it since I can see some people not buying it if they preview it and see “oh, it messes up my character”.
