So yeah… as the title suggests, are we able to make max-stat breathing masks(3 armor crafting disciplines) or buy them(either new dungeon items or karma vendor) in the future?
I think the highest level breather we can obtain currently is Gavebeorn’s Breather from the Cursed Shore area, and it is only of masterwork rarity.
I don’t understand why they were never implemented as crafting recipes anyway, leatherworker can make a lvl 20 one (or around that level) and that’s it … why would Anet give them the recipe for one and not higher tiers as well lol

HotW would be the perfect dungeon to offer them for tokens, seeing as 2 of the final boss fights are underwater lol
