No, just no.
Every kitten ed Monk in GW1 had Chaos Gloves, Obsidian Armour and either the Bandana or Blindfold. It was ridiculous. It didn’t look good, but I suppose it did help identify people you probably were better off not playing with.
CoF armour was GW2’s equivalent for a while, as the average Joe seems to go crazy for spikes and shiny things, but I’d argue that Twilight is probably more equivalent.
It’s the Legendary of Choice for everyone who thinks dark & evil = cool.
