Guild Wars 2

One of my favorite parts in the original Guild Wars was the costumes. You paid $10 in the in game store, and could then pick up a costume on all of your characters. You could wear them in battle. If you deleted it, you could get another.

This is one area where I feel that GW2 is a step backwards, because when you buy the costume, you can only wear it on one character at a time (or at least that I know of). You can’t fight in it. If you delete it, it’s gone.

What’s the deal here? Why the change? I bought the witch costume over Halloween, and I love it, but I don’t know if I will buy another after seeing how limited they are.

I think they should enable skin overlay on them let you use your skill but it has the stats from the armor you wearing.
