So 250 years have passed and the people have decided to forget some of the iconic Armour such as Luxon and Kurzick armours, or even the famous Sunspear armours and weapons?

Surely if our armour is placed in the hall of monuments then we should be able to unlock it or at least the skins? Why do we get heritage skins but not the stuff we unlocked in the previous game?

Sure the Warriors get the Primeval Skin but there was so much more for others and I feel it would really go well in this game, that and it wouldn’t require the dev’s to think up new concepts.

Also bring back capes, it doesn’t just have to be for guilds and let us customize them.

I do agree but up to some extend.

I mean, some GW1 armors were beautiful and some were hideous. Some that you mention are still here. Krytan for medium for example. Kurzick armor looks VERY similar to COE heavy. Elite Ascalonian its very similar to the one you get with halls of heroes points (meaning you inherit the armor from your ancestors? thats a nice way to put it lol); Gladiator armor (evolved a bit but it is still here), etc etc.-

Most ascalonian war weapons are still here. Winged shield and sword, Glass Sword (Spark); Ascalonian Hammer, Fractal weapons are like Mursat weapons (little bit more modern but both from the myst); you still have the dragon fire (and Ice) sword, etc etc…

Yes Mesket, but there are TONS of weapons and armours not yet implemented. I don’t really understand why you would bother naming up these items… totally missing the point, I reckon.

As for the topic: I’d love to see WAY more armour sets in this game. Capes are also something that must be added… it’s been a year, Anet. I don’t believe you weren’t able to fix the “clipping issues” by now.

Well I would say put a limit at those you put in the hall of monuments so you can as you put it “Inherit” them, because I would love to give my warrior the Kurzick armour skin since I can’t unlock the higher armours just yet.

I just think the HoM had a lot of potential other than giving us a few skins, weapons, pets and titles.

All those hours spent farming resources for the destroyer weapons or elite Kurzick armour and it’s for what? A few points to unlock a armour skin that doesn’t look as good?

Don’t get me wrong there are lots of armours I am looking to get and weapons but would be nice to have the choice, know what I mean? Kurzick armour with the massive sword from the underworld and skull shield = Awesome.

When the factions and nightfall equivalent expansions/content come out I’m sure some form will reappear. As it stands now in the lore of the game, cantha borders are closed from all trade due to the emperor and he sos dragon. And joko is deal I g with his domain against the krlakatrorik and his crystal desert corrupted minions (I think).
