Guild Wars 2

I’d like to see the return of the Costume Maker/ Festival Hat Maker NPCs from GW1, or a similar NPC or storage solution for all this town gear I’m starting to collect. Between holiday hats, gem store costumes and the default town clothes my inventory and bank are feeling the strain…

I could be wrong, but I’m fairly certain (at least for the items from the store) that they remain unlocked and can be downloaded again later.

However for like halloween hats, I’d also like to see this NPC return.
