Was just looking at he dozens of lockpicks I have accumulated doing this event and the thought occurred to me .

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could take 100 or so of those useless lockpicks ,combine them and make 1 blacklion chest key ! I understand this takes away from revenue ,but it would sure help alleviate the hundreds of chests I have !

100 picks? Do you realize how cheap that is? No I don’t think so. Keys cost a little less than 4 gold right now, that’ll be around 4.5k worth of picks. I wouldn’t hope if I were you, if they did follow up on your advice I’d imagine they’d require 10k picks, 25k, something along those lines…(think holographic wings for zhaitaffy)

What I find puzzling is that you cannot salvage all those broken lock-picks for their base metal. Think of the environment with billions of broken lock-picks filling up the garbage dumps which could be smelted down to make tin plates, cups and cutlery for all the poor orphans.

The other thing that has me puzzled is why do we never loot a lock-pick that is not broken and why do mobs carry the broken ones with them but never unbroken ones?
