Second timer for a cool down after a skill have been placed that have an secondary usage, such as Mesmer’s portal in my case. After placing it down I have no idea when it expires or sometimes too late to use the portal.

Yeah i’d like to have that too, also if there could be range meter to see if portal can be usable from certain range. I never know weather portal will port or shine like idiot doing nothing. I should show red line under it if you’re too far from portal entre.
