they will not give the whole detials, but they will give a hint on what to happen
eg. december 17 update, new dungeon and tier 5 items…
because it was so shocking to hear just in a week-time-notice that new items that is superior to present items will be implemented.
at least by doing an advance notice we can prepare for what will happen,
what Anet did to us is like a failure of a weather forecast, like there is a storm coming but they will only warn people when the storm already hit us
