I have rarely had a minipet out in the game since launch and when I say rarely I mean 2-3 minutes out of about 250+ hours played. The reason is because I realized depositing collectables also deposits the minipets. I need to deposit and I doubt anyone is going through the trouble of getting the minipet back out of the bank.

Agreed. I hate having my mini pet disappear every time I go farming for mats and want to clear out my inventory quickly. Would definitely be more inclined to use/collect/buy mini pets if they didn’t deposit every time I want to put my mats away.

Instead, add a Mini slot to the town clothes panel. Also add one to the hero panel. I don’t want to carry around my minis and have them taking up inventory space all the time.

Just have an invisible container of your choice with you? They cost pretty much exactly what any other bag costs.

As others have suggested, put your minipet in an Invisible bag. Items in Invisible containers do not get automatically transferred to your Bank when the Deposit Collectibles command is used.

Yes invisible bag does work but the idea of a mini slot on the hero panel has been raised before and I am all for that. I never bother with minis because I value inventory space over minis. A mini slot would be the best idea to please everyone as it is there, if you don’t want to use a mini you don’t have to and it doesn’t take up a slot.

If they implement something like this I would also like it for tonics as well. Although (I believe) that would interfere with Anets plan on having tonics waste bank space so people buy more space using gems…

I like to carry lots of minis with me so I can switch them up based on my environment. Can I get like 8 mini slots? tia.

I just think they need to add a few more UI elements really, they need one on the bar for switching gearsets and they need one for pulling out a minipet, that way they can keep the minis in the collectibles and still allow people easy access to the ones they have
