Today I bought my second Plague Idol, but I can’t equip it. Now it seems you can’t equip 2 of the same items. So my suggestion is let us put 2 of the same ascended items on, or give us a refund. I lost 15 /20 gold today by buying those ecto’s. And give us atleast a warning!

They do give you a warning; when looking at the item description; just below the place where it says “required level,” ascended items have a tag saying “unique,” which means that you can’t equip two of that item.
It’s labelled for you already… why did you think there was a 2nd item with the same stats but a different name?
