Can we wear them to please not only the NPCs

Please Guild Wars team include This shaman Norn armors that you made so we can wear them too not only NPCs please… my eyes gonna blow i want just to wear them to …..so my brothers and my friends…please . You have them as a models just include them so we can wear them too it will be so cool. Thank you in advance. P.S Sorry For My Bad English

im not really bothered about the examples (as non of my characters are norn) but there are other armour sets that i would like to be able to wear ingame +1
