My beef is with this: “AOE 2 Stacks of Torment On Heal”, this implies that there will be 2 AOE stacks of torment whenever you heal. However, this is not the case and it only works with a healing skill.
Regardless of what other runes say, this one does not specify that it causes AOE Torment on the use of a healing skill.
So! If this rune is only supposed to supply torment on the use of a healing skill, I believe that it is important to specify that in the rune’s description so that one does not craft 6 of these expecting that it will cause torment on ANY heal.
