Mystic items sold by Miyani (e.g. Bloodstone shard and Eldritch scroll) near the Mystic Forge at Lion’s Arch should be account bound and not soulbound on purchase.
The recent patch has made dungeon token rewards account bound instead of soulbound such that one character can farm tokens for other characters. I believe the same idea should be implemented for the Mystic items.
