Those who get hacked have no way to protect the money their characters have. I believe adding a 4-digit password to your character’s bank is a very good safety measure. If for example you get hacked, the hacker can only get the money and items in your backpack, but nothing on your bank unless he knows the password.

It’s a simple solution to a big problem, and I’d love to see this in-game.

All can be known, and known by me.

I was actually thinking about this before, and I would really love to have this added to the game. No matter how protected your account may be, you can never be 100% confident that someone won’t get into your account. As another security measure, I think having an additional password for your bank account (which can be optional) would be a great addition. I know that I certainly would use this.

That would be a very nice option; however, most people would probably chose their pin number x_x … so for the sake of security it may be better to extend it to 6-8 numbers o.O

Just going off the assumption that if someone hacks your account, they know your email and password, chances are they may know some more of your private information especially if some of these users are piggy backing their bank login information with their NCSOFT master accounts or GW2 accounts.

Bottom line is, i love your idea and I think it would be a very nice implement Should also be included on the black lion trading co front screen too :o would be a nice protection to prevent users from jacking gems.
