Character bound karma recipes need to go.
Or atleast write in the tooltip if it will bind on buy or not. I have bought several recipes that doesn’t say that they will bind but does, causing me to waste karma at nothing.

Yeah that has happened to me as well, it’s frustrating.
I’ll sign onto this one. This happened to me. My main does cooking. While my warrior alt was out and about got a recipe she could use. I bought it on that toon, put it in the bank, and when I went back to my main, she couldn’t pull it out because it was bound to the character.
to build on that; it’d be nice ot be able to vend or salvage the stuff we buy with karma. i have a handful of items just taking up mothballs in my bank.
Or at least write in the tooltip if it will bind on buy or not.
Very much this.
I specifically looked for such a warning before buying, didn’t see it, so went ahead and bought the recipe. I was a little miffed to discover I couldn’t then shift it to the appropriate character.

Linsey Murdock indicated that it’s a bug, and the recipes should be account bound.

Hooray! \o/
I think all recipes should be shared across characters but not one character can have all crafting professions. You should have to make alts to lvl up that crafting professions and ‘free up’ those recipes.
