Guild Wars 2

I think it would be very nice to add a feature much like D3 where we can chat with our friends before we select a character. Since, when I do log into the game, I start to get msgs before I even pick a character of which I cant see.

Please add a chat feature / window to the character select screen. Thank you.

Also, maybe add one on loading screens for those of us with longer loading times? :B

Personally, I would like a mechanism where I could chat via IRC with people in the game. One MMO that I played, I believe it was Anarchy Online, had this capability.
