Guild Wars 2

I’m not opposed to the idea of multiple guilds. I just feel like I’m ignoring people when I don’t represent. I can’t talk to them. SO……here is my little scheme

You can keep rep on one guild. That is fine with me. But let me talk to all of them. I will use my guilds as reference, [TT], [Out], and [HT]. [TT] the main guild can keep the orange color, [Out] can use purple/fushia, [HT] can use some pink think. and etc etc etc.

What is the point of multiple guilds if you can only be involved in one at a time? Yes I can have a PvE guild and a WvW guild and a sPvP. But what about when I’m just looking for something to do? [Out] may be doing a dungeon I want to do, but if I’m representing [HT], I miss out on it.

Would you at minimum give it some consideration?

I pretty much feel the same way and support this. Maybe have a second option next to represent so that we can turn on/off the chat for that guild.

The only issue here is that when you reply, where does that message go? To all guilds? I think they would have to make it so you can see all of them, but you’d have to represent to reply, which would lead to a lot of confusion

Perhaps just as you use /g for guild chat, you could use the guild tag to pick an unrep’d guild. So typing /TT (commentary) would send the (commentary) to the TT guild.

Customizable chat channel colors go hand in hand with this. Please let us ungrey the emotes, and pick what colors will mean what channels for us! (I’m actually ok with most of the colors, but that grey has got to go, and it seems easier to let the player choose colors for multiple guild chats than to arbitrarily assign colors for a random number of guilds per player).

Bumping…Because this is the one thing I want the most in the game currently.
