Chronomancer’s are a good idea that Anet should add to the game at some point.

I would make there abilities like this.
*Slow or fast forward time.
*Reverse time to remove conditions. No POP stuff.
*Use many types of weapons
*decay projectiles
*faster time makes wounds become infected
*Slowing time makes enemy move slower
