Not many people using these outfits. Here is a few ideas that might help improve their use and sales.

1. Taking damage is the cities does not revert to combat gear while in the cities unless you actually engage in combat. ex. the lost isles crab creature attack in Lion’s Arch.

2. Perment 10 – 20% speed boost in cities while wearing city clothes.

3. class themed outfits.

4. profession themed outfits that offer a manufacturing bonus to XP, manufacturing progression, and/or a slight chance at rare instead of normal items.

5. Alternate racial themed outfits anyone can buy.

More types of town clothing with abilities other then just custom brawl.

ex:
*swimsuits with the diving glasses abilities
*dresses with dance abilities

Toys with abilities- not mini pets
held in weapon town clothing hands
*kites
*balls
*RC car/plain

Other town clothing suggestions
*boxing shorts to go with the gloves
