Require a variety of cloaks in game! Many at once. And so it were obtained through craft/drop/merchant but not as another reward skin for the achievement!

The grenth mask has some sort of mini cloak to it that clips horribly with everything I own. So yeah, if they can’t get a half cloak right, I wouldn’t hold my breath on fully fledged cloaks.
I fully support this, but I can’t see it happening any time soon, have you seen how bad long-hair clips through your chest when swimming? I used to like long hair, but because of the clipping issues all my characters have now short hair… if Anet can’t fix the hair issue, they hardly can make decent cloaks
This mmo with thousands of possible combinations. Impossible to achieve the ideal. Problems with clipping, if to be serious, is just excuse. They shall make at least something allready. Let the players decide how serious the clipping problems are
