Color-Coordinated Combo fields.
i really like the idea, however the skills’ looks can turn out ugly if it’s not done right, i would sugest justt he circle around the combofield but then how would u tell the difference between an enemy fire combofield and a friendly, it certainly needs some improvement just not sure if what you suggest is the best option
Have broken or red dotted lines for enemy fire combos etc. Just something to differentiate one field from another…. Have happy bears on friendly fields and unhappy red eagles on unfriendly fields.
I like this idea a lot. Most of the time I don’t even know if its bad crap or good crap it gets pretty messy but i am fairly new to the game.
Shameless self-bump.
Make Fire orange. If you don’t have much time to look at it you might mistake it for an enemies circle.
This is one of those ideas, I think, that sound good on paper but in practice just doesn’t work out. In small scenarios it would probably be fine but in instances like zerg vs zerg it would just become confusing seeing a rainbow of colors everywhere, One reason why there are only 2 colors is that so you can easily discern what is an enemy AoE and what is an ally AoE. The more colors you add the harder it is to tell what’s what. However one thing I think they could do is make a color for damage-based ally AoEs and a second color for non-damage-based ally AoEs. I don’t think 3 colors is too many,
