Q:

For a specific example, my guardian’s Conqueror’s Pauldrons (which yes, I have kept and transmuted) remain a darker “Silver” than my Dark Armor or Draconic Armor pieces, which are still colored “Silver”. Perhaps adding a brightness scale to the dye options could fix this, or adding additional hue options? I know this is only a minor issue, but I think it would be nice if at least considered.

Discussion from the community? Anyone else think this is a good idea, or am I just too OCD? Anyone have any better suggestions?

I’ve seen dyes not giving the same color/brightness even on pieces of the same set (heavy Heritage armor among others). The differences are slight, but annoying to me.

Unfortunately, a brightness slider would make 90% of the dyes obsolete, so I don’t think it will happen.

I take it then that no one else has a problem with these issues?

This…..drives me crazy!!

I think it’s a neat idea to mix and match armor…especially considering this is supposed to be a game about looks. Very annoying when you can’t get your carefully-put-together outfit to match!

I would appreciate a fix for this.

I have also seen this happen my midnight Ice and my abyss on certain armors get dulled down. I had abyss on some shoulders and it looked gray.
