Not sure what specs would be ideal but here’s an idea:
Tier 5 upgrade. Lasts 24 hours. Costs 20,000 influence. Limit 1.

More and more people are able to afford to buy the 100g title and nobody wants to see undeserving players with this thing on the map. Also like many others have said, a way to filter this would be great

I would accept this if it was more specific.

Commander for Guild leader:

Costs 50.000 and stays.
Only able to activate if 15+ guild members are online in the same WvW as you.
allows guild leader to create squads for guild members putting all guild members together.

Its like commander but for guild members only not randomers

I agree with phoenix, just add Guild Specific Commanders. No need to change the current way, if you don’t like undeserving players having it, then just don’t listen to them.
