This seems like a good idea. Might have a “Guild officer handbook” or something that enables this functionality for your character in the same way the commander book does. Just make it 10g or something, so its not entirely dodging the commander fee, but is still there for people who actually want to lead. (And not just troll.)

That would be acceptable too I guess. I just really want the feature in the game implemented in some way. It’s somewhat frustrating for those who want to lead say, 20 people in WvW and not all are on voice coms.
