Make it so that when you remove a condition, for example, immobilize, you are immune to immobilize for 5 seconds.

Condition removal is such a joke in this game, especially PVE, because the darn things get reapplied IMMEDIATELY. This will make condition removal worth something.

I propose either full immunity from said condition from all sources or immunity from the same mob/player upon removal.

For example, let’s say we are in PVP in a 2 v 1 situation. For simplicity let’s say its 2 warriors vs a random profession. Warrior #1 applies immobilize, his opponent removes the condition, then Warrior #2 immediately applies immobilize and his opponent is caught again. Under the first scenario, Warrior #2’s immobilize does not work b/c it is in the 5 second window of the condition removal from Warrior #1’s immobilize. Under the second scenario, Warrior #2’s immobilize works, but if Warrior #1 were to try and immobilize again in that 5 second window it would not work.

For PVE, this prevents you from repeated poisonings, etc from mobs that just spam them. For PVP (especially scenario #2) it would encourage more coordination between teams.

I know for condition damage builds it would hurt them a lot so if it just applied to CC conditions, I’d be satisfied.

Thoughts?

My thoughts are, cond builds (players) are already lacking in soo many ways (stack limit/ durations). Enemies have player skills, so nerfing the enemies will nerf the players. No condition in PVE is unavoidable, you just have to not link multiple enemies and save dodge for important times. In orr, some things are a bit outrageous but thats because of the enemy count and respawn rate of them. So ofcourse running by 5-10 risen will get you upset (I know I do).
