Condition dmg on Ranger greatsword
Yeah, I’d also like to see every ranger weapon to have every weakness covered. So just delete the GS from rangers usable weapons. They have enough anyways.
The ranger great-sword #2 [Maul] used to add stacks of bleeding instead of vulnerability.
I still don’t get how it makes any sense that rangers can use greatswords.

Psh yeah, when has that ever happened before?
We used to use hammers and scythes pretty often in Tyria of yesteryear. Swooping in with a large blade doesn’t seem odd to me.

Haha, I was about to link something similar. Aragorn is the ranger I wish I could be.

that’s just a sword though.

Ya, it’s JUST a 4 and a half foot sword.
still not a great sword, which is a two-handed weapon. You see enough room on the handle for two hands?
The sword that Aragorn (and pretty much every other sword wielding character in LotR) wields is a kittensword AKA Hand-And-Half sword.
They were meant to be wielded by two hands, but also could be (if a bit clumsy) wielded with one hand.
Real greatswords like Claymores and Zweihanders were frikkin huge and originally meant to be able to use in fighting infantry and cavalry.
That aside, at one point Aragorn did wield a type of greatsword.
