My suggestion involves resurrection (not downed). It has happened to me on more than a few occasions that when I die and go AFK, people come again and again and resurrect me. Once I came back and my entire armor was broken, I had been resurrected so often while AFK and killed again.

Please add confirmation to if one wants to be resurrected, which is a common feature in many MMOs. That will prevent this from happening and allow players better to choose if they want to be resurrected or not.

Obviously, there’s no benefit to going afk, but sometimes things come up in life that are more important than a videogame and urgent enough to pull you away from the keyboard without taking the time to log out. Most people will be perfectly fine with their character’s death in this situation, but not exactly thrilled with a dozen deaths and a big repair cost just because they had to step away unexpectedly for 10 minutes and a bunch of total strangers ran by and revived them in the meantime. There’s really no reason why revival can’t bring up an ‘Accept’ prompt while still rewarding the EXP to the person who stopped and took the time to try and help someone up.

F12 then click log out. Though being able to hit F12 and then L for log out or C for character select would make a very quick two keystroke log out. I would like that very much.

No need for a resurrect confirmation button

Don’t AFK in the game. All you are doing is taking up space and wasting server resources. Log out to the char selection screen.

Are you an Asuran? It may have been me that killed you over and over, were you AFK’d right near two Hyenas? I took screenshots if you’d like to confirm. Had a great laugh.

Why someone would AFK in a zone full of respawning, patrolling mobs and DYNAMIC EVENTS is beyond me.
